Formal Doradca organization chart is not the most important issue for our clients, as vast majority of assignments require project-oriented teams reflecting needs of particular concrete projects. However, formal operational units present at Doradca can illustrate the scope of our services. The list of units is the following:

  • Organization Development Dept. handling management consulting services and strategic advisory. The Department deals e.g. with strategy elaboration analysis and design of managerial and organizational systems; assessment and design of management information systems, business processes / activities analysis and improvement, finally - with privatization and restructuring: sectoral privatization projects; preparation of enterprises for ownership transformation, design of privatization paths; search for investors; complex restructuring projects / re-engineering for private, state-owned, and municipal enterprises;
  • Corporate Finance Dept. dealing with financial aspects of various projects including financial and accounting systems analysis and design, opportunity and feasibility studies preparation, preparation of business plans, bad debts solution programs, valuation reports and tariff studies; business assessment for ownership transformation and capital investment (due diligence analyses), cost analyses, Activity Based Costing etc.;
  • Market Research Dept. responsible for strategic marketing plan development, marketplace assessment, opportunity studies and competitor analysis, distribution system analysis and development, general and specific consumer behavior and market research, benchmarking, public relations campaigns preparation and implementation;
  • Management Standards Dept. dealing with quality management, environmental management systems and standards related to safety; e.g. ISO 9000 and 14000, OHSAS, HACCP standards implementation and training; institutional assessment, quality and organization audits;
  • Project Management Dept. - the name is self-explanatory.

Legal Section, consisting of independent Legal Counsels, provides professional support for Doradca undertakings, as well as renders legal services to its clients.
