Modernization of the Polonia Stadium in Warsaw
Modernization of the Polonia Stadium in Warsaw is one of the largest PPP projects being implemented in Poland. Our company supports the Capital City of Warsaw in this project as part of a consortium established with the Law Firm of Irena Skubiszak-Kalinowska. In addition to the modernization of the stadium itself, the project involves the construction of a sports hall, a large underground parking lot and a Sports Support Center. The negotiation phase is currently ongoing. The results of the negotiations will be reflected in the call for tenders, which is expected to be published at the end of 2023.
