Lease Contracts - practical experience

This article presents examples of lease contacts (so called French model) in the water and waste water sector in Poland, including a case study of a water utility from Gdansk (Saur Group). The author shares his views on advatages and disadvantages of this model, with general recommendations for municipalities.
