Private ownership - a UK model

This article presents examples of capital privatisation in the water and waste water sector in Poland, including case studies of utilities from Tarnowskie Gory (Veolia Group) and Bielsko-Biala (United Utilities), mentioning also cases from Dabrowo Gornicza (RWE Group) and Glogow (Gelsenwasser). The author shares his views on advatages and disadvantages of this model, with some recommendations for municipalities.
