Privatisation of ZCB Markowicze finalised
On 12 April 2010 the Ministry of State Treasury signed a contract for the sale of 85% of stocks of ZCB Markowicze, a renowned manufacturer of construction ceramics. The company has been sold to Leier Polska. The contract includes specific investment and social comittments of the investor. Doradca Consultants Ltd. supported the Ministry in the privatisation process since March 2009. We are proud that the whole procedure was implemented in accordance with the assumed time-frame.
