Support for health care units - Doradca success

Doradca has been involved in the governmental programme, launched in 2009, supporting regional administration in the restructurisation of hospitals. The programme is coordinated by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (National Economy Bank).

Units applying for the programme have to submit a set of documentation, including business plans with financial projections, prepared in accordance with specific standards. Doradca is angaged in the preparation of such documentation for a number of regional administration units.

A hospital from Tomaszow Mazowiecki is a very first unit that received a subsidy in the framework of the programme. Doradca prepared a set of documentation for the hospital. The regional administration in Tomaszow obtained more than PLN 30 million for its restructuring - this is a genuine success of the authorities and the hospital, as well as of the consultant, supporting the whole process.
